In order to install the VirtualCamera at 2000/XP/2003, you must have rights to install a hardware.

VirtualCamera requests DirectX 6.0 or higher. You can update your DirectX freely from
Microsoft.

After installation, please check the VirtualCamera driver status. Click Start, point to Settings, point to Control Panel, and then click the System icon.
Click the Device Manager tab. The problem category should automatically open
within the list. A symbol should indicate the faulty device. If VirtualCamera
driver is not working properly, there will be a yellow circle with a black exclamationpoint inside it; if it's not working at all, there will be a red X.
Click on VirtualCamera to highlight it, and then click Remove.

If VirtualCamera driver is not automatically showing, you can find it underthe tree Sound, video and game controller.

If you saw more than one VirtualCamera, please delete all of them and reinstallit.
- For advanced user: You can use GraphEdit to check VirtualCamera's status.
Use the GraphEdit (You can find it in DirectX SDK or download it form
Microsoft

).
Insert the VirtualCamera in the GraphEdit and then render the capture pin, then
play the graph. If the driver didn't work, you must reinstall the VirtualCamera
driver.
